Step 1: Submit Your Requirement

Tell us what you need funding for, how much you require and how you plan to use the funds.

You can contact us for personal funding, property-related loans, business loans, project finance, investments or business partnerships.

Step 2: Share Basic Information

We may ask for basic details about your requirement, location, financial position, project or business.

If further information or documents are needed, we will explain what is required. Share sensitive documents only after verifying the recipient and purpose.

Step 3: Explore Potential Funding Sources

Based on the information provided, we may explore potentially suitable lenders, funding providers, investors or business partners.

Availability depends on the type of requirement, eligibility, provider criteria and other relevant factors. We cannot guarantee that a suitable source will be available.

Step 4: Introduction and Discussion

If a potentially suitable source is identified, we may help arrange a call, meeting or introduction.

You and the relevant provider can then discuss the proposed amount, interest rate or return, security, repayment period, fees, documentation and other applicable terms.

For investments and joint ventures, the parties will discuss the investment structure, responsibilities, risks, returns and exit terms.

Step 5: Verification and Due Diligence

The relevant lender, funding provider, investor or business partner may carry out its own checks.

These may include identity and financial checks, income or business verification, property or collateral valuation, legal checks, project review and other due diligence.

The requirements and any third-party charges depend on the transaction. Confirm the charges, payment recipient and written terms before paying.

Step 6: Approval and Documentation

If the relevant parties decide to proceed, they will discuss and complete the required approvals, agreements and documentation.

The final decision rests with the relevant lender, investor, funding provider or business partner. The terms must be reviewed and accepted by the parties involved.

Step 7: Funding or Completion of the Arrangement

For a loan, funds are disbursed by the relevant lender or funding provider according to the agreed terms.

For an investment or joint venture, the funds, responsibilities and other arrangements are handled according to the agreements between the parties.

The amount and timing are subject to approval, verification, documentation and the provider’s process.

Step 8: PlotViw Loans Commission

For eligible loan transactions, the borrower-side commission is 2% of the total loan amount actually received by the borrower.

This commission is payable only after the borrower receives the loan funds in their bank account. No borrower-side commission is payable if the borrower does not receive the loan funds.

Any commission or referral fee payable by a funding company, investor or other provider is governed by a separate agreement.

Processing, legal, valuation, documentation, verification and other third-party charges are separate from PlotViw Loans’ commission.
