Funding Process and Eligibility

1. Introduction

PlotViw Loans helps individuals and businesses connect with potential lenders, private funding companies, investors and business partners based on their funding requirements.

We assist with introductions, meetings and communication between interested parties. We do not act as a direct lender and do not guarantee that any loan, funding, investment or partnership will be approved.

The process and eligibility requirements may differ depending on the type of funding, the amount required, the applicant’s circumstances and the requirements of the relevant funding provider.

2. Types of Funding We Help You Explore

Depending on availability and the requirements of the parties involved, PlotViw Loans may help with enquiries relating to:

  • Personal loans.
  • Secured loans and unsecured loans.
  • Home purchase and land purchase loans.
  • Property-backed loans and mortgage funding.
  • Construction, renovation and property development finance.
  • Business loans and working capital.
  • Gold loans, vehicle loans and other asset-backed funding.
  • Education, medical and other personal funding requirements.
  • Large project finance and real-estate development funding.
  • Business investments and equity funding.
  • Joint ventures and strategic business partnerships.
  • Other lawful funding requirements that may be suitable for referral.

Not every funding type or amount will be available for every applicant or location. Some requirements may fall outside the services offered by our third-party providers.

3. How the Funding Process Works

Step 1: Submit Your Requirement

Contact PlotViw Loans or submit the requirement form on our website.

Provide basic details such as your name, contact information, required amount, purpose of funding, location and preferred type of arrangement.

Please provide accurate information so we can understand your requirement.

Step 2: Initial Discussion

We may contact you to understand your requirement in more detail.

Depending on the case, we may ask about your income, business, project, repayment plan, available security or collateral, existing obligations and other relevant information.

The information required will depend on the type of funding requested.

Step 3: Identify Potential Options

Based on the information available and the options accessible to us, we may explore potential lenders, funding companies, investors or business partners who may be relevant to your requirement.

This step does not mean that a provider has accepted your application or confirmed that funding is available.

Step 4: Arrange a Meeting or Introduction

Where a potentially suitable party is identified, we may arrange a call, meeting or direct discussion between you and that party.

Relevant information may be shared with the other party where appropriate and legally permitted, including where required consent has been obtained.

Step 5: Verification and Due Diligence

The funding provider or investor may carry out its own checks.

These may include identity verification, financial assessment, credit checks, property valuation, ownership and legal checks, project assessment, source-of-funds checks and other due diligence.

The exact checks depend on the proposed transaction.

Step 6: Review the Terms

If a provider is interested, it may communicate its proposed terms.

Carefully review the amount offered, interest rate or investment structure, repayment period, security requirements, fees, taxes, conditions and other obligations.

You should obtain independent professional advice where necessary before accepting an offer or signing any agreement.

Step 7: Agreement and Disbursement

The relevant parties may enter into a formal agreement if they decide to proceed.

Funding is released only when the responsible provider has completed its requirements and authorised the disbursement.

PlotViw Loans does not control the final approval or disbursement decision.

Step 8: Commission Payment

PlotViw Loans’ borrower-side commission is 2% of the total loan amount actually received by the borrower, payable only after the borrower receives the funds in their bank account.

Any commission payable by a funding company or investor is governed by the separate agreement with that party.

Other processing, legal, documentation, verification, valuation and transaction charges are separate from PlotViw Loans’ commission. Responsibility for those charges must be agreed between the relevant parties.

Please read our Fees and Charges Policy for further details.

4. General Eligibility Factors

Eligibility depends on the type of funding and the provider’s criteria. Depending on the case, the following factors may be considered.

A. Personal Loan Requirements

Potential factors may include:

  • Age and legal capacity.
  • Income and employment or business stability.
  • Credit history and existing financial obligations.
  • Repayment capacity.
  • Identity and address verification.

B. Secured or Asset-Backed Loans

Potential factors may include:

  • Ownership or legal rights over the asset.
  • Asset valuation and condition.
  • Existing loans, mortgages or other encumbrances.
  • Legal status and acceptability of the security.
  • Loan-to-value limits and repayment capacity.
  • Applicable registration and documentation requirements.

The asset may be property, land, gold, a vehicle or another asset accepted by the relevant provider.

C. Business Loans and Working Capital

Potential factors may include:

  • Business registration and operating history.
  • Revenue, cash flow and financial statements.
  • Existing liabilities and repayment capacity.
  • Business purpose and use of funds.
  • Available collateral, where required.
  • Relevant tax, banking and compliance records.

D. Project Finance and Real-Estate Development Funding

Potential factors may include:

  • Project location, size and current status.
  • Land ownership and title documents.
  • Required permissions and approvals.
  • Project cost, valuation and financial feasibility.
  • Promoter background and financial contribution.
  • Expected revenue and repayment or exit plan.
  • Available security and supporting documentation.

The provider may require legal, technical, financial or other professional due diligence before considering a proposal.

E. Investments and Joint Ventures

Investment and joint-venture opportunities may be assessed differently from loans.

Potential factors may include:

  • Business or project viability.
  • Investment amount and proposed use of funds.
  • Ownership and contribution of each party.
  • Profit-sharing or return structure.
  • Roles, responsibilities and risk allocation.
  • Exit terms and legal documentation.
  • Applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

An investor or business partner may decline an opportunity even when a project appears commercially promising.

5. Secured and Unsecured Funding

Secured funding generally involves an asset or other acceptable security supporting the arrangement. The provider may have rights over that security under the applicable agreement.

Unsecured funding generally does not require a specific asset as collateral, but the provider may consider income, credit history, financial strength, business performance and other eligibility conditions.

The availability of either option depends on the provider, applicant and proposed transaction. PlotViw Loans does not decide which option a provider must approve.

6. Documents That May Be Required

Depending on the requirement, a provider may request:

  • Identity and address proof.
  • Income proof or bank statements.
  • Credit and existing loan details.
  • Business registration and financial records.
  • Property ownership and title documents.
  • Valuation reports and supporting approvals.
  • Project reports, cost estimates and financial projections.
  • Company, investor or joint-venture documents.
  • Other documents reasonably required for verification.

Submitting documents does not guarantee approval. Please share sensitive documents only through an appropriate method and verify who will receive them.

7. Funding Amounts, Interest Rates and Timelines

There is no single funding amount, interest rate, repayment period or approval timeline applicable to every requirement.

Any indicative figures or timelines discussed during an initial conversation are not a promise of approval or disbursement.

The final terms depend on the relevant provider’s assessment, the transaction structure, due diligence, documentation and other applicable conditions.

8. Important Payment and Fraud Precautions

Before paying any processing, verification, legal, valuation or other third-party charge, confirm:

  • The identity and authority of the person or organisation requesting payment.
  • The exact purpose of the charge.
  • The amount and payment recipient.
  • Whether the charge is refundable and under what conditions.
  • The written agreement and supporting documentation.

Do not rely only on verbal promises or claims of guaranteed funding. Avoid unlawful payment arrangements, false documents and requests to bypass banking, tax or regulatory requirements.

PlotViw Loans does not guarantee that any third-party charge will be refunded or that funding will be approved.

9. Reasons a Requirement May Not Proceed

A requirement may not proceed if:

  • No suitable funding provider or investor is available.
  • The applicant does not meet the provider’s eligibility conditions.
  • Documents are incomplete, inaccurate or cannot be verified.
  • The asset, project or proposed transaction is unsuitable.
  • Due diligence identifies legal, financial or compliance concerns.
  • The parties cannot agree on the terms.
  • Funding is unavailable or the provider declines the proposal.

Submitting a requirement does not create an obligation on any provider to offer funding.

10. Our Role and Responsibilities

PlotViw Loans acts as an intermediary and may assist with understanding requirements, identifying potential parties, arranging introductions and coordinating discussions.

The relevant lender, funding provider, investor or business partner is responsible for its own assessment and decisions.

Applicants remain responsible for reviewing the terms, verifying the parties, obtaining independent advice where necessary and deciding whether to proceed.
