Explore Funding Options with PlotViw Loans

Every person, business and project has different funding needs. PlotViw Loans helps connect individuals and businesses with potential lenders, funding providers, investors and business partners.

You can contact us for different types of funding, depending on your requirement, eligibility and the options available from relevant providers.

We act as an intermediary and do not directly provide loans from our own funds.

1. Personal Loans and Personal Funding

Funding for personal expenses and individual financial needs.

Possible requirements include:

  • Personal expenses.
  • Medical expenses.
  • Education expenses.
  • Other lawful personal funding needs.

Availability and terms depend on the relevant provider’s criteria.

2. Home and Property Purchase Loans

Funding for people planning to purchase property.

Possible requirements include:

  • Home purchase.
  • Flat or apartment purchase.
  • House purchase.
  • Land or plot purchase.
  • Other eligible property purchases.

The lender may assess the applicant’s income, repayment capacity, property documents and other eligibility conditions.

3. Construction and Renovation Funding

Funding for eligible construction and property improvement requirements.

Possible requirements include:

  • House construction.
  • Building construction.
  • Property renovation.
  • Extension or improvement of an existing building.
  • Other eligible construction-related expenses.

The provider may ask for property documents, estimates, approvals, plans and other supporting information.

4. Secured Loans

Secured loans are loans backed by eligible assets or security.

Depending on the provider, possible options may include:

  • Property-backed loans.
  • Loan against eligible land or buildings.
  • Gold loans.
  • Vehicle-backed loans.
  • Loans against other acceptable assets.

The asset must meet the provider’s requirements. Valuation, ownership checks and legal verification may be required.

5. Unsecured Loans

Unsecured loans do not normally require the borrower to provide a specific asset as collateral.

Depending on the provider, options may include:

  • Personal loans.
  • Business loans.
  • Working capital funding.
  • Other eligible unsecured funding.

Approval may depend on income, credit history, business performance, repayment capacity and the provider’s criteria.

6. Business Loans and Working Capital

Funding for businesses that need money for their operations or growth.

Possible requirements include:

  • Day-to-day business expenses.
  • Purchase of stock or equipment.
  • Business expansion.
  • Working capital.
  • Machinery and business assets.
  • Other lawful business purposes.

The provider may review business records, bank statements, financial statements, cash flow and repayment capacity.

7. Project Finance

Funding enquiries for larger projects that may require substantial capital.

Possible projects include:

  • Real-estate development.
  • Residential or commercial projects.
  • Construction projects.
  • Hospitality and tourism projects.
  • Industrial or infrastructure projects.
  • Other eligible business or development projects.

Project funding may require a detailed project report, financial projections, approvals, ownership details, security information and due diligence.

Funding amount, structure and timeline depend on the project and the provider.

8. Loans Against Property and Other Assets

People or businesses that own eligible assets may explore funding against those assets.

Possible requirements include:

  • Loan against residential or commercial property.
  • Funding against eligible land or buildings.
  • Funding against other acceptable assets.

The provider will assess ownership, legal status, valuation, existing loans and other relevant factors. Not every asset will qualify.

9. Investment and Equity Funding

Businesses and project owners looking for capital may explore investment opportunities with potential investors.

Possible requirements include:

  • Business expansion capital.
  • Investment in a new business.
  • Project-level investment.
  • Equity funding.
  • Other mutually agreed investment structures.

Investment terms may involve ownership shares, profit-sharing arrangements, voting rights, exit terms and financial risks. These must be discussed and documented between the parties.

Investment funding is not the same as a loan and does not necessarily involve a fixed repayment obligation.

10. Joint Ventures and Business Partnerships

Some projects may be suitable for a joint venture or strategic partnership rather than a conventional loan.

Possible opportunities include:

  • Landowner and developer partnerships.
  • Property development joint ventures.
  • Business expansion partnerships.
  • Project collaborations.
  • Other lawful commercial partnerships.

The parties must agree on their contributions, responsibilities, profit or loss sharing, decision-making, timelines and exit arrangements.

Commission and Other Charges

For eligible loan transactions, the borrower-side commission is 2% of the total loan amount actually received by the borrower. It is payable only after the loan funds have been credited to the borrower’s bank account.

No borrower-side commission is payable if the borrower does not receive the loan funds.

Investment, equity and joint-venture arrangements may have different commercial terms. Any applicable fees or commissions must be discussed and agreed upon for the specific arrangement.

Processing fees, legal fees, valuation, documentation, verification and other third-party charges are separate from our borrower-side commission.

Please read our Fees and Charges Policy before proceeding.
