Our Business Model
PlotViw Loans works as an intermediary, not as a direct lender.
We do not provide loans from our own funds or guarantee that a funding request will be approved.
For eligible loan transactions, our borrower-side commission is 2% of the total loan amount actually received by the borrower, payable only after the borrower receives the funds in their bank account.
In some transactions, a funding company, investor or other funding provider may also pay us a commission or referral fee under a separate agreement. Such arrangements depend on the applicable agreement.
Other charges, such as processing, legal, documentation, valuation and verification fees, are separate from our commission. The responsible party and applicable payment terms must be agreed upon for each transaction.
