Who Can Join?
You can join our referral network if you have a direct contact with any of the following:
Private lenders or funding companies
Investors who can fund projects or businesses
Real estate investors
Joint venture partners
Other funding providers who can support our clients’ requirements
You should be able to connect us directly with the funding provider or decision-maker.
How Does the Referral Commission Work?
1. Connect with a Funding Provider
Introduce us to a private lender, funding company, investor or joint venture partner who can meet our clients’ requirements.
2. Collect the Required Information
Collect and share the funding details we need, such as:
Minimum and maximum funding amount
Types of loans, projects or investments supported
Interest rates or expected investment returns
Repayment period or investment period
Security or property requirements
Fees and other charges
Eligibility criteria and required documents
Funding process and time required to release the funds
3. Share the Details With PlotViw
Once we receive the required information, we will review it and share the suitable funding option with our client.
4. Attend the Meeting
If the client is interested in the funding terms, we will arrange a Google Meet or conference call with four parties:
The client
PlotViw Loans
You, the referral partner
The lender, investor or funding provider
This allows you to follow the discussion and know the progress of the deal.
5. Earn a 0.5% Referral Commission
If the deal is successfully completed and the client receives the funds, you will receive a referral commission of 0.5% of the loan amount actually received by the client, subject to the agreed terms.
For example, if the client receives ₹10 crore, your referral commission would be ₹5 lakh.
No referral commission is payable if the deal is not completed.
