Commission and Charges
For eligible loan transactions, the borrower-side commission is 2% of the total loan amount actually received by the borrower. It is payable only after the loan funds have been credited to the borrower’s bank account.
No borrower-side commission is payable if the borrower does not receive the loan funds.
Any other charges, including processing, legal, documentation, valuation and verification fees, are separate from our commission. Applicable charges and payment terms must be confirmed for the specific transaction.
